What is the Scale of Cooperation?

The quality of cooperation in a group can result in survival, avoidance or cooperation. We see this as a scale that groups move along, slipping and sliding on the way. They can classify themselves, and indicate the group’s span. Our courses help groups achieve a higher level of cooperation:

  • How are change and growth achieved?
  • Is there a good deal of mutual pressure, and does this benefit people?
  • Do people value and acknowledge each other’s contributions, and do they share their successes?

All these things matter, and they determine the success of businesses, courses and educational performance.

Who is the Scale of Cooperation meant for?

  • It helps groups move in a positive, goal-oriented way
  • It helps groups that are stuck in conflicts and mental or physical violence to move on
  • It helps managers get the best out of their colleagues, especially when pressure is building up
  • It helps young people (and adults) turn bullying into a socially desirable, teasing way of rapid social learning

Without strong links in society and in your organization, you won’t get anywhere:

  • What are the links and systems in your group?
  • How can you promote a positive culture in practical ways?
  • How can a positive culture help you achieve joint goals?

Are these the questions you’re asking yourself? If so, this is the right place for you.

The Scale of Cooperation involves several organizations that use the scale. Do you think you might you want to join them?
