A roadmap for team development

Why is it that some teams are “running smoothly” and others are “completely stuck”?
The Scale of Collaboration is most helpful in every phase of team development. It is a roadmap for teams in difficult times, but also for top teams who want to function optimally under high pressure.
We are proud to share with you that the Scale is available in more and more languages.
Would you like to experience a team training or an inspiring interactive lecture about cooperation in teams? Want to find out more about struggling, avoiding and collaborating teams? Find out what your next step to perform will be!

The Scale of Cooperation - a roadmap for team development

The Scale of Cooperation is based on the notion that there are three different ‘worlds’ in which people coexist:

  • a Surviving world, in which goals are not aligned, irritations play an important role, and people often feel resistance
  • an Avoiding world, in which goals are ignored, people distance themselves from relationships and tasks are pushed off, where everyone ‘does his thing’
  • a Collaborative world in which common goals ensure growth and mutual trust, where people are honest with each other and look for connections.

Our mission is to strengthen collaboration in groups in a practical way.
