Scale of Cooperation: 3 products and services
The Scale of Cooperation: the book
Right now we’re busy writing the first book about the Scale of Cooperation. The book will bring together all the knowledge and experience we’ve built up over the years. What is the Scale of Cooperation? How can you recognise the three ‘worlds’? What are the links to other models? What steps can you take by yourself or with your team? How can the scale be applied to teams and groups in your work environment? All these questions will be answered in the book.
The Scale of Cooperation team course
Do you want to know where your team stands right now, and move towards a higher level of cooperation? Is your team under pressure, and can’t you see any way out? Do you want to make a team day really useful?
Our experienced Scale of Cooperation team trainers can assist your team in this process. The courses are provided in three stages:
Stage One (one day): assessment
Together we’ll look at where your team is on the Scale of Cooperation, explain the model so that you’ll know your way around it, show the team how best to cooperate, and draw up a plan of initial steps that will lead to a higher level of cooperation.
Stage Two (one or more days): working on cooperation
The first day will have shown you which areas you need to work on, and we can support your team’s growth process using specific methods. Among the key issues here are close contact, smooth communication, feedback rather than criticism, leadership and responsibility, devising joint strategies, and trust.
These are all parts of the puzzle that will help the team cooperate. Cooperation doesn’t just happen! It literally means ‘working together’ – but that’s what makes it fun. The assessment day generates simultaneity; the training days generate new energy.
Stage Three (one day): maintaining cooperation
Stopping once a year to enjoy an interactive day with challenging ways of working to look at how the team cooperates surely can’t be wrong? Since cooperation doesn’t just happen, it’s a good idea to talk to each other every now and then and make sure everyone’s still on board.
The Scale of Cooperation lecture
We believe in cooperation, and we enjoy telling people about it, for sharing our experience and spreading knowledge about cooperation leads in turn to a more cooperative world. There’s a good chance you won’t just sit back and listen during a Scale of Cooperation lecture. Learning by experience works much better!
