The Handbook for the Cooperation Scale describes how to get started with groups using the Scale as a roadmap for team growth, team development and optimal collaboration. All eight layers that make up the Scale are described in detail. The manual is ideal in combination with the ground sheets, but you can also get started with an A4 with the Scale on it. Written for executives, team leaders, team trainers and (team) coaches.

The bookmark is ideal to give in a training, team building or coaching conversation. It gives the Scale (basic version) in a handy format. There is also demand for the bookmark by executives, who coach team members with the help of the bookmark. Layers 1, 3 and 5 on the front and layers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 on the back.
The bookmarks can be ordered per 100, 250, 500 and 1000 pieces.

A poster is helpful for groups that have followed a training. It keeps the training visible and colleagues and trainees can refer to it among themselves (at the photocopier, in your own office or in the canteen). In this way a poster contributes to team development. The poster shows layers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7.
