The last course was in spring, this one is in the winter. You will stay generally indoors.

Two (up to four) options:

• Invite one of our team trainers to your country. In a two or three-day course, you are perfect able to use the Scale in your business, organization, and school as a roadmap for team development.
  We offer a business version for team leaders, managers, HRM teams and executive teams.
  This three-day course is available with Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian and Romanian-speaking facilitators.

Outdoor education in practice. This course was in spring and outdoors, the 2024 course is in winter, you will usually stay indoors.

If you want to follow all three days of our course to become a Scale of Cooperation facilitator, the two-day course with later on a third day (online) closure is the best choice. With an international group of trainers, coaches and facilitators, we will dive deep in the world of the Scale of Cooperation for two days in a row. Understanding the scale and all its layers, recognizing behaviour in groups and connecting it to the scale, and practising with tools to help a team towards more cooperation.

This two-day course is in English.
(We will schedule an appointment later for the third day.)

Program headlines:

Day 1 INTRODUCTION to the Scale

• Team exercise / introduction / get to know each other better (learning by experience)
• The Scale of Collaboration using the sheets (presentation)
• Presenting the Scale in your words, understanding the layers.
• Applying the Scale in a Cooperating group (experience)

Day 2 Using the Scale in team processes

• Understanding where a group is and what could be a next step for this group
• Practising with experiential learning exercises combined with reflection on the Scale
• Applying the Scale in an Avoiding Group (from Talking with to Feedback)

This Summer School was in the nature. The 2024 edition is indoors.

Completing the course

with a third-day afterwards in two online sessions, over two half-days:

Day 3 Deepening of knowledge about the Scale in Struggling teams

• Applying the Scale in a Struggling group (using Maslow, communication styles and finding underlying desires)
• The Scale applied in your training group (practice)
• Recognize behaviour and link it to the scale (apply)
• Deepening based on questions from the group (conversation)
• Explanation of working methods and exercises
